Diesel`s Subs and Wraps in Bayville

Good place to go for a sandwich on the go. Diesel is in a cute little plaza right on Route 9 I've had several items for lunch. The salads are always fresh. Put this on my lunch rotation list.

Delicious subs! Fresh meats, cheeses, & rolls. Friendly staff, clean shop. The only problem is traffic. If you have to make a left turn to enter or exit the plaza, you're in for a wait.

Not bad , just went here for four items which were soup, chicken cheese steak, and two orders of chicken fingers and fries . The soup was good but they put it in a plastic container that idk if its bpa free, it kind of wilted a little from the heat , would be better with a thick paper container like ShopRite uses. The chicken fingers and fries were pretty good, however I ordered a chicken cheese steak with peppers and onions and but they forgot the peppers and onions so it was pretty plain my sandwich and I thought it felt light as well for the price. Probably won't be back.

They load it up. Think $12 is expensive for a BLT sub? Think again when they put like an entire pack of bacon on your sandwich and it feeds 2 people easy. Also really great pickles, trust me when you go add a whole pickle they're like a buck 25 and so good. They have big bags of chips, big bins of cut pickles, drinks, everything you need to pack a great lunch to go for your day of fun in the sun. Great friendly staff, never had a problem. Never had a problem with my severe dairy allergy either (means the place is well organized and clean in the kitchen or else cross contamination would cause a reaction).Usually I would give a 4 but, I honestly can't think of anything wrong with the place. Its great and my family has been coming for years whenever we're packing lunch for a day at the shore.

Diesel Subs well they've been there for a while on Route 9 South and Bayville great place for subs sandwiches silage Eden's nice customer service is nice to have bathrooms they'll make your sub anyway you want it easy to get to there's gas station right across the street you can't beat the prices can't beat the survey the place is fantastic and I always get when I want when I go there

Average sub. 7 girls working but 25 minutes to take order make order and pay for it.

Best sandwiches around, a half a sub will fill just about anyone I know. A whole will put you into a food coma for a week

I love their subs. Sadly I’m giving them only 3 stars because of how they are handling the COVID social distancing within the business! I ordered over the phone but I was told I could come in to order. When I got there 2 other customers where all ready in line to pay and there where 5 young kids working behind the the counter. The kids where literally standing on top of each other. Even though everyone had masks on your still supposed to maintain 6 ft between employees and customers. Plus the kids where not wearing the masks properly. This shop is extremely small and there is NO room for 5 employees working behind the counter.

Usually my go-to place for subs because Jersey Mikes is overpriced. Well I can't believe I paid $17 for a sub with this little on it.

Never again. Once out of 5 times has my order been correct.

A little on the pricey side compared to other places in the surrounding area however they have excellent subs. Consistent quality. The bread is soft and fresh and you have about an inch of meat.

Love Diesels!! Only place that gets subs so close to my favorite shop in North Jersey! Staff is mostly friendly. Never had food from there that was incorrect or didn't taste right. On point every time!

I've been getting subs here for years now. The food is always on point. I definitely prefer this joint and recommend it for subs over any other place. Nothing compares to them.

Shout out to My Uncle for owning the BEST sub shop ever! We always get them for family parties and they never get old! PS: everything is delicious from there, you can’t go wrong with anything :)

This place uses top quality products, yet somehow manages to keep prices reasonable. We placed a $100.00 order and everything was great.

Subs are good girl slicing the meat needs a customer training class. Very nasty and cold. I keep it to delivery from now on. Hot roastbeef sub is great and big. Homemade roastbeef. They use Thurman's coldcuts.

You get your money's worth. Alot of food at a good price. Great service. All ways clean and best kept secret is there chocolate chip cookies it's a must. I promise there incredible great way to finish up your meal

It's so hard to find a sub place that makes a real sub with actual big portions of meat!! Most places are 90% bread and lettuce..... welcome to Diesels!!!!!!!! You get a real deal, big boy sub just like you used to back in the day. I highly recommend this place for anyone with an appetite, even if you're not a big eater, you can get a couple meals out of a sub! Love this place.
